Welcome to the Olympia Washington chapter of Trout Unlimited. We are Chapter 189. This page will serve as an online forum for the discussion of issues pertinent to our chapter.
Trout Unlimited’s mission is to conserve, protect, and restore North America’s cold water fisheries and their watersheds. As the local chapter, Olympia leads grassroots conservation efforts around our local watersheds, as well as participating with other chapters statewide in advocating for our fish. At our roots we are a conservation organization with a fishing problem. We have project opportunities and engagement programs through our Women’s Initiative, our Veterans Services Partnership, and we support youth conservation education through our local schools. Our events are open to the public, and our meeting happen usually on the 4th Wednesday of the month. We have events throughout Thurston, Pierce, Lewis and Mason Counties.
